MORLEY-Quality, AS ALWAYS!!!! -
This is the first MODERN MORLEY pedal I've ever purchaced-SUPER HEAVY DUTY construction just like the old chrome, 70's Morleys. Yeah, some of Morley's internal effects are a bit weak-but so were the effects on the old ones. At least Morley is consistant!!
These "Modern Morleys" always add gain to your signal (like the old ones), When in the "bypass" mode-it's true bypass! The knobs don't "wobble" like other effects brands and the treadle (pedal) is BOLTED onto the chassie with nylon bushings-gives tight pedal action for life!
I own two pedalboards of(10)Morley pedals (chrome 70's type)and now this new one. Pretty much the same quality, precision & value as the original "Tel-Ray" type pedals. This fact is amazing in itself considering Morley has been bought & sold by so many companys.
Obviously they were all keen enough to keep the original Morley formula intact!!
If you buy it and you find it's not for you, these hold their value-easy to resell.

I bought this at a pawn shop and it works great. The distortion switch sounds classic like old 70's KISS. The wah effect is awesome. You can stomp on the pedal and peel out some great noise. As soon as I plugged it in the first thing I played was Star Spangled Banner ala Hendrix and I blew the roof off with my Peavy 5150 amp.
Very simple to use, no instruction book needed. Just select wah or distortion, turn the level knob, and wail on your axe with your foot on the pedal. This is a great piece of gear for whatever your style, from AC/DC to ZZ Top.
